Today more and more people turn to counselors for help dealing with the stress and anxiety of the 21st century. I am here to provide that help. Please give me a call to set up an interview or to refer my name to someone who could use my help.

Bayview is a hardworking and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Care Provider offering individuals, couples, families, and group counseling since 1992. My strong sense of dedication is sparked with enthusiasm. My empathetic approach puts clients at ease. I am skilled and certified as a Child Mental Health Specialist and a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist. I have had years of extensive training in family systems, cognitive-behavioral, existential and Gestalt therapy, and trained and certified in hypnotherapy, guided imagery, EMDR and solution-focused therapy.  I work as a Designated Mental Health Professional and a Family Preservation Specialist.

I began my private practice in the state of Washington in 1992 with the intention of helping people in need of mental health services or who want to better their place in the world.   It is my goal to assure all people can get mental health counseling. Whether you seek one to one counseling at my office, need care in the home because you are incapacitated, or prefer phone coaching, I have made a commitment to assist you to the best of my ability. You will find me to be affordable and compatible with many insurance companies.

There are three specialty groups offered, one for women dealing with the specific female problems of today, one for parents seeking to raise mentally and emotionally healthy children, and one for those suffering from grief and loss.  These groups have run for years and I get as much pleasure from them as the participants.

After twenty years of experience, I have come to utilize a variety of approaches. I will help you choose your path to healing: cognitive-behavioral, family systems, existential, psychodynamic, gestalt, meditation, hypnotherapy, and guided imagery, among others. I believe each person is unique and deserves to be treated with the same understanding. I hope to meet you where you are today; to collaborate to fulfill your own individual, couple or family needs.
